Let’s see if I can remember what happened in March!!  We were in the middle of the kitchen remodel, knocking down a wall, scraping the hideous popcorn off the ceiling, patching holes, taping, texturing, painting, and finally – CABINETS!!!  PC had tubes put in both ears.  She had 7 ear infections in 9 months – enough was enough.  Poor girl had either fluid or infection in her ears and we were told that PC heard us as if we were talking under water.  Maybe that is why she hollars so loud?  So she can hear herself?  Wait—it is June now and she still is loud :D  We had a few other things happening, but March mostly revolved around GSD (getting stuff done).  Seems when we have a hard deadline – things happen.  NC never ceases to amaze me with all he can do and all he does do.  His big brain and crafty hands save us lots of money!  I just realized that we haven’t taken a good “after” shot and our new island/counters are 2.5 months old and quite lived in = meaning covered in stuff – so I will include the pics from the home show where our cabinets were used as the model.

IC and NC at their first Daddy Daughter Dance – “A Knight for a Princess”.  She loved every minute: picking out the dress, getting dolled up, and having NC all to herself!

Popcorn – See ya!  Do you watch Dexter on Showtime?  If so, our house resembled his “workshops”.
