PC rolled over this month! Too bad she has a barfing problem and when she flips on to her tummy she often urps and then it gets icky. Otherwise, she might actually like being on her tummy. She is so smiley we can't help but smile with her when she is awake. PC loves being flown around the house like Superman and playing peek-a-boo over Daddy's shoulder. Lately, she has found her voice. She sounds like a screeching teradactyl.
Rolling into May, we are busy! IC has her first dance recital which she is very excited about. A couple of the parents have told me that IC will steal the show. Because she is an awesome dancer and will follow in her Daddy's cousins footsteps and become a Principal Dancer for the NYC Ballet? Nope! Because she dances her own dance, when she wants, where she wants. Often this dance consists of: staring at her ballet shoes, laying on the floor making "floor angels", pointing at me and then copying my actions (me frantically signing the gesture for LISTEN), staring at the other kids ballet shoes, looking out the window, making sure Miss Jenny hears her latest story, or coming to make sure she kisses PC on the head. Strangely enough IC is the ballerina closest to Miss Jenny at the recital :)
Here's our month!
My little ladies in their Easter dresses
Daddy and IC dippin' eggs
Monster Eggs
PC still jumpin' away!
Only daycare lady TD can get the clips to stay in PC's hair! PC is also in the running for the having the some of the biggest cheeks at TD's daycare. She needs the extra in her cheeks for these North Dakota winters :)
My inside and out beautiful IC
Can you roll your tongue? IC and Mommy can. Daddy cannot.
IC flying her Elmo kite.
Push me higher!
